Now I am told that Mr. Acardies board spent $36,000 last year on a lawyer not to fight a lawsuit but to avoid “Manditory Nonbinding Arbitration” over the installation of the concrete brick pavers in the parking lot without a 75% vote for the project as required by our bylaws.

I do not understand why leisure beach south does not have a financial statement that includes all the bank assets of the association?

Changing the anual shareholders meeting by getting 75% of unit owners to approve it in thirty days seems too good to be true. There must be a way to verify votes from owners who have not voted for anything in years. Vote totals at the anual meeting also seemed to be strange based on historic lie trends. What is going on?
